Op het jaarlijkse Interactive Achievement Awards festival, dat dit jaar voor de twaalfde keer wordt gehouden, heeft LittleBigPlanet flink huisgehouden. Van alle awards die er te winnen vielen in de meest uiteenlopende categorieën, wist de game van Sony maar liefst acht awards binnen te halen, waaronder die van de beste game van het jaar 2008.
Andere prijswinnaars waren onder andere Dead Space, Fallout 3 en Left 4 Dead, die allen twee awards kregen. De complete lijst van games die awards hebben gewonnen kun je hieronder nog even rustig bekijken.
