De achievements van de Xbox 360-versie van Metro: Last Light zijn onthuld.

Deze werden vermeld op de website eXophase. Waarschijnlijk zijn de trophies voor de PlayStation 3-versie hetzelfde, maar dan zijn de punten vervangen met de verschillende trophies. De volledige lijst is hieronder te bekijken. Let er wel op dat deze lijst spoilers kan bevatten!
